If you have aquired one of our yurts second hand and want to replace or update any part of your yurt we are here to help. However, before we do so we will need to identify the original purchaser so that we can confirm the yurts age, size and specifications. The reasons this is important are:
1. Yurt sizes and specifications have changed at various time over the last 20 years, Because we do not accept returns based on items not fitting, we need to ensure what we sell you fits first time.
2. We carry a limited amount of stock, we feel this should be reserved for yurts made by us.
